Thanks for looking up my website and taking the time to find out more about my books and me. PIE TOWN was released in the summer and I had a great time going on tour in North Carolina, Washington, and New Mexico. I especially enjoyed being in Pie Town for the Pie Festival in September. What a great event! I’m also happy to report that PIE TOWN was selected as one of MORE.com's Top Twenty Beach Reads this summer and a Finalist for the 2011 New Mexico Book Awards. Reviewed by BOOKLIST, it was written, "Hinton weaves some old-time religion, including several interventions by angels, into her feel-good story-one that will be enjoyed by readers of Jan Karon and Nicholas Sparks."
